I’m Hiring an EA/PA

The Ask and The Offer

I’m looking for a sharp, warm, highly capable part-time Executive / Personal Assistant to be my right hand across a fast-moving mix of professional projects, events I’m hosting, and personal logistics.

This is a hands-on EA/PA role for someone who loves making things run smoothly, anticipates needs, and takes real pride in excellent execution. You’ll help me with scheduling, to-dos, errands, events, and the many small (but important) details that make a full, creative, ambitious life actually work.

If you’re the kind of person who finds joy in organization, follow-through, and being the calm behind the scenes, then we’ll get along very well.

Responsibilities

Your job is simple to say and hard to do well: help me operate with less friction and more ease.

You’ll handle day-to-day organization, coordination, and follow-through, keeping things moving, making sure nothing slips, and bringing clarity, polish, and momentum to both personal and professional priorities.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Loves being a trusted right-hand

  • Thrives on logistics, details, and follow-through

  • Enjoys supporting creative, ambitious people

  • Feels energized by variety rather than overwhelmed by it

What You’ll Do

This is a true EA/PA role that spans admin, personal support, and event coordination:

  • Keep tabs on to-dos, loose ends, and open loops

  • Support events I’m hosting (salons, dinners, gatherings, retreats), including vendor coordination and on-the-ground help when needed

  • Assist with new projects and ventures as they launch

  • Manage my calendar and handle multi-threaded scheduling

  • Inbox Triage with me and track follow-ups

  • Coordinate meetings, travel, speaking engagements, and events

  • Run errands, handle purchases, and manage personal logistics

  • Act as a point of contact with vendors, partners, and collaborators

  • Keep systems, documents, and information organized and up to date

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and good judgment

In short: you’ll help me make things happen.
